« ...we have been comparing the Vinification Intégrale® method with oak tank fermentations on Syrah and Granache for two years and there is an amazing difference. Fermenting in barrels brings more volume, fatness, roundess and complexity to our wines. Fruit aromas are totally preserved and structure is dense.
