Lots of our customers have extended Vinification Intégrale® to a large volume of their production (up to 600 hl). With this in mind, it was essential to rationalize and reduce the cost of vinification accessories. With our “Kit Eco”, this goal has been met and Vinification Intégrale® now starts at 98 euros in addition to the price of the barrel. |

" ...Vinification Intégrale® allows us to present rounder, fatter and richer wines by preserving the natural fruit... In 2002, 2003 and 2004 we performed comparative essays, using grapes of identical origin, between wines fermented in barrels and wines fermented in oak tanks. Thanks to the identical origin of the grapes we were able to have an exact scientifical conclusion. We performed blind tastings by a panel of 30 tasters, of which 75% had a preference for the wines fermented with the Vinification Intégrale® method.
