Page 2 of 2 Use Vinification IntégraleMany Châteaux and Wineries, from small local known estates to worldwide known Châteaux have been able to experiment with the Vinification Intégrale® system.
While some use this method for the creation of a new cellar, for the production of a special cuvée, or for the vinification of special vineyards selections, others choose our system simply to bring more richness and complexity to their wines. During the past four years and thanks to numerous experiences, we have been able to develop many accessories to simplify the different operations used for this type of fermentation as well as many cost reductions.
The extra cost for a Vinification Intégrale® alcoholic fermentation and barrel ageing is only 0.15 euros / bottle compared to traditional ageing in new oak barrels. |

The Vinification Intégrale® is now a method which can be applied in many situations : filling the barrels by gravity after a sorting table, filling by pump, cellars without air conditioning etc.
